Now that we are heading into the holiday season and the end of the year is in sight we are feeling reflective and very grateful for our amazing retail and wholesale customers.
We love interacting with our customers year round on the phone, over email and fax (we've still got one!). Our two annual factory sales give us a chance to meet some of you in person, which is a lovely change of pace.
In many of these interactions you tell us how long you've been shopping with us, about the compliments you get on your pieces, and other people you've turned onto the brand. These stories fill our hearts and motivate us to keep going. These conversations also allow us to help you get replacements for lost pieces, fix up broken or damaged items, make rush orders happen in record time and tackle special request like remaking vintage items and converting wire earrings to clips.
